The popularity of our company mascot, Chester A. Corn (the squirrel) is ever growing!  Often people call us and ask, “Are you the zipline company with the squirrel?”  Yes, we are.  Well, we’re the canopy tour with the squirrel and 10 ziplines, 3 sky bridges, and 3 rappels, but who’s counting?

It all started with a “name our squirrel” contest leading up to the opening of our original site in Asheville, NC. The lucky winner got to win free tickets and we got a name for our squirrel! Since then, Chester has won over most all of our guests with his cuteness.

Of course, when we opened our second site in California, Chester wanted to come along. Since Socal is much larger than Western NC, it has taken a little time for Chester to gain recognition, but slowly he’s gaining his popularity on the west coast as well. He’s appeared on several billboards around LA and yes, Chester caught the Hollywood bug for stardom. For a minute, we thought about giving him gelled hair and shades to make him fit into the Hollywood scene  but he wasn’t thrilled and he is truly an outdoorsman at heart.
